WHERE: I will perform mediations remotely, or in-person if provided with separate party rooms. Please be sure the parties agree on format before setting a date. Some dates may be remote only.

RATES: In-person is $500/hour. Remote is $450/hour. An invoice will be electronically sent upon completion of the mediation. The attorneys, not the parties, are responsible for ensuring payment, and payment must be made within two business days of completion of the mediation.

DEPOSIT: I require a $500 deposit to secure a date. Failure to provide the deposit will forfeit the date. In the case of cancelation, the deposit will be returned if I have a back-up ready to take the slot.

If a party is unrepresented, the attorney on the other side must be able to assure me that the self-represented person will be amenable to and capable of mediating. Self-represented persons will need to provide a full-day deposit in advance.
