HOW: If you want to half-day appointment, click on 9am and it will populate as 9-1, or click on 1 and it will populate as 1-5. If you want a whole day, you'll need to click on 9 and 1. Once you select your date and time, and save, I and you will get an email confirming the schedule.

WHERE: I will perform mediations remotely, or in-person if provided with separate party rooms. Please be sure to use the correct link for your choice, and be sure the parties agree on format before setting a date. Some dates may be remote only.

RATES: In-person is $500/hour. Remote is $450/hour. Contact me if you have a request for a sliding scale fee, which will not be the norm. An invoice will be electronically sent upon completion of the mediation. The attorneys, not the parties, are responsible for ensuring payment, and payment must be made within two business days of completion of the mediation.

DEPOSIT: I require a $500 deposit to secure a date. Please set the date on the calendar as described above and I will call to arrange for the deposit. Failure to provide the deposit within two business days of my call will forfeit the date. The deposit will be returned if the mediation is cancelled 14 days prior to the date set, or, if within a closer time-frame, if I have a back-up ready to take the slot.
